Terminal Location: 7358 7th Place N, West Palm Beach, FL 33411

Service Area: West Palm Beach & Surrounding Metro (Includes scenic rural routes)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Starting Pay: $160 per day (after training)

• Paid Training: $120 per day

• Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn a Daily Stop Threshold Bonus

• Health Benefits: Comprehensive coverage available after 90 days

• Retirement: 401(k) plan available after 90 days

• Weekly Pay: Consistent, reliable direct deposit

SCHEDULE & HOURS

• Work Week: 5 days per week (6 days available upon request for those wanting extra money)

• Weekend Availability: Schedules vary and include weekend shifts

• Start Time: Reporting between 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

• Volume: Average of 90–125 stops per day

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrive punctually at the West Palm Beach terminal to load your vehicle and plan your day.

• Safely operate delivery vehicles in various Florida weather conditions and terrains.

• Handle and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with care.

• Ensure every package is placed safely and documented with high-quality proof-of-delivery photos.

• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude with every customer encounter.

• Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

• Must be willing to undergo a background check.

• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Physical Exam (Paid for by the employer).

• Must be physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs (dollies provided).

• No CDL Required! We provide the vehicle and the uniforms.
